object 'C_stri_join' not found - Using knitr in Rstudio
This was fixed by simply re-installing the stringi package.
knitr: object cannot be found when converting markdown file into html
As already mentioned by @BenBolker , you can use knit2html
( Note that it is different from the Rstudio button, Rstudio use its own function to process document) from knitr
:
x <- 10
writeLines(c("# hello markdown",
"```{r hello-random, echo=TRUE}",
"rnorm(x)", "```"), ## note the use of x
"test.Rmd")
library(knitr)
knit2html("test.Rmd")
