Error when testing on iOS simulator: Couldn't register with the bootstrap server

Try quitting and restarting the simulator? If "worse comes to worst" you can always try restarting: in my experience this should fix it.

For me it has worked when I have killed the Xcode and Simulator Apps using Activity Monitor and then restarting those apps.

Try this,

Deleteing the app, restarting Xcode, clean build, didn't do anything

--> restart your computer

--> restart the phone

Restart both simulator and Xcode, that way only you can solve this problem.
