Itunes Connect: Can't See Build
Wait more. It will be processed eventually.
Apple may have issues with their validation servers or could have a very long pending apps queue. Just be patient.
Edit: (from MGame's experience)
If after a few hours, your build still hasn't started being processed, give a phone call to Apple. It seems that in some rare case your app could get stuck in their servers and they have to manually resolve the issue.
Can't find my iOs build in iTunes Connect after upload by Xcode
Solution: check your email !
After days of waiting I discovered that my iTunes Connect associated email address had received feedback from the iTunes Store Team. The emails said there was issues on the app (Missing Info.plist key) that prevented the delivery to be processed.
It is important to check your email address from apple communications because some of that information cannot be found elsewhere!
New App Not Showing up in iTunes Connect
This is a bug, you might think is related to your browser crash but it might not.
There are two things that you can try:
1.- If you haven't uploaded any Build yet, you can try uploading one, from XCode or App Loader doesn't matter, just upload a build and after some minutes see if your app finally gets to appear in list.
2.- If you happen to have more apps(any status), you can click on one of them to see the detail, and check if this missing app appears on the top App list, as in the image below:

Cant see my new version in iTunes connect after upload successful
So I will post an answer since a comment is to short to answer this.
So the step for the release are:
- Upload a build from Xcode
- Wait for the build to be processed (this can take some time)
- You will be notified by itunesconnect when the processing is done
- In this stage the processing can already detect some issues with your app, like missing assets or something like that
- You can check the status of your build in the activity tab
You won't get any "App Store status" until you actually release it. Now after the processing is done, you can select the build from the "My App -> App Name" in the "Build" section, there is a "+" that, in my opinion is placed very bad.
Build not visible in itunes connect
The build is not visible until the "Processing" step is in progress in the "Prerelease" tab.
It should depends on the size of your app.
For a 10Mb app of mine, it took about 5 min.
Newly uploaded builds not appearing or processing in App Store Connect
Give your builds 24-48 hours to appear mine already started to appear
iOS build not showing anywhere in iTunes Connect
It turned out to be a wrong icon included in the asset catalog.
After 5 days of troubleshooting and ping pong with the Apple support, I was finally pointed in the right direction. All I had to do was replacing an image that was the wrong size.
Done that, all worked as expected.
