iPhone Is Not Available. Please Reconnect the Device

iPhone is not available. Please reconnect the device

Xcode 11.4 includes SDKs for iOS 13.4 as mentioned on the release notes
here.

You must update to the beta version if you wish to deal with iOS 13.5.

iPhone is not available. Please reconnect the device. / iOS 14.2 - Xcode 12.1

  • Go to my Github repo iOS 14.2 Device Support File and download 14.2.zip file directly and after unzip it

  • And just copy and paste unzipped folder by path:

    Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/
  • Restart the Xcode

That's all. You can build and go on your project.

Why we have done these steps?: Because Xcode 12.1 doesn’t include support for 14.2 so we implemented its device support files for 14.2.

The issue isn't the system version, it's the device type (iPhone 6). Xcode 11.5 just isn't going to support running on your device. You can run the app on your device, no problem; but not from Xcode.

Target is not found, Please reconnect the device, Xcode:Device Support File

  • Go to my Github repo for 14.2 click here to download the iOS 14.2 file or for 14.3 here 14.3

  • Unzip ,copy and paste the file which you downloaded from repo to this path :

Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/
