Editing a Package Dependency as a Local Package

The reason you cannot see the content of the package is that you have it open in another Xcode instance.

You can only edit a package in one Xcode instance at a time.

I find closing down Xcode completely, then opening up the particular project that I want to edit the package in solves the problem.

Local Swift Packages Stopped Working in Xcode 13

Removing package references from workspace and re-adding them (by simple drag-n-drop from Finder) resolved the problem.

I even didn't need to reconfigure corresponding schemes, or re-adding dependencies in targets.

Xcode 13.2 “Second Editor”

There is a new “focus editor” button next to file selector. When it is blue, the secondary editor is disabled (only allows assistant).

When it is white, you can open secondary editors.

Horrible UX and has caused me hours of headache.

Instantiate Storyboard from local Swift Package

Unlike Remote Packages, When adding a Local one Xcode doesn't prompt you to add it to a target. Hence you need to add it manually in your Target's General settings, under Frameworks, Libraries, and Embedded Content

Framework not found' in Xcode

Try deleting Bolts.framework from linked framework and re-add it. Also, in your Framework Search Path keep path until Bolts.framework like $(PROJECT_DIR)/Bolts if it is inside Bolts folder at your project directory path.

After trying all the solutions, I was missing is to enable this option in:

Targets -> Build Phases -> Embedded pods frameworks

In newer versions it may be listed as:

Targets -> Build Phases -> Bundle React Native code and images

Removing LDFLAGS and CPPFLAGS in my bashrc fixed it for me!
