Just found the Error. I used one capital letter in bundle id. but I have used small letters in Xcode's bundle id. now I changed that as like in the app id. and now I successfully uploaded my app to Appstore Connect.

For all those wondering: I did the thing where I had to set the product type/code or so (sorry, no access to Xcode right now) to 'APPL' (without the ''). All the time, I had it at 'AAPL' and was wondering why it didn't work. That's it :)

Issue was with having two developer accounts with different permissions to the account where the app was, simply logging out of the account without access fixed the issue immediately.
