Build not visible in itunes connect

The build is not visible until the "Processing" step is in progress in the "Prerelease" tab.
It should depends on the size of your app.
For a 10Mb app of mine, it took about 5 min.

Build not showing up on itunes connect

Probably you have some issues in your build.
Please check your emails, I suppose you have all the issues related in your email address.
It might be something related to push notification certificates maybe or something else.

iTunes connect build not showing up for external testers

You just need to export the ipa as a normal app store export. Adhoc is not for this. And FYI. If you want to send out a version for external users, it should go through a review as an app store version.
